Schoellhorn-Albrecht Capstans for new Towboats

Schoellhorn-Albrecht designed and manufactured deck mounted Capstans for use on [3] new 110’ towboats.

The vessels are designed to push 3 to 4 barge unit tows in the canal and river. 

The Capstans feature 18” barrels, two speed reversing marine duty rated motors and are rated for 100,000 lbs of bollard (static) pull.
